Carob Processing Leading Facility
Welcome to Terra Carob Industry Ltd., the leading carob processing plant operating on the island of Cyprus since 1997
Terra Carob Industry Ltd. has its head office in the capital Nicosia and its processing plant is located in Famagusta. Our facility processes and produces high quality carob products. In the processing facility, which has a closed stock area of 5000 square meters, the production lines have been renewed over the years and the carob product is processed with the most up-to-date technology machines.
Carob products collected from across Cyprus and brought to the warehouse of our processing facility are crushed and separated by sifting in automatic machinery.
While carob pulp is divided into three groups according to its size, carob kernels are sifted in accordance with industry standards in such a way that they do not contain foreign matter and are offered to our customers at the highest quality.

The carob berries selected based on quality and safety criteria are meticulously processed with the latest technology in our facility.
What makes our product different?
There are different varieties of carob depending on the soil in which it is grown. Terra Carob Industry products are produced especially with the black carob variety grown in Cyprus.
Black Carob is a thick variety of carob that provides a thick pulp with high sugar content and low fiber content.
